If you press the buttons on the side of the mouse and while holding them press the pairing button (two buttons below the mouse wheel, then it pairs with the dongle and operates using the Lightspeed tech). Still no connection, so I started pushing random buttons on the mouse until I think I found the magic combination. Removed the Bluetooth device for the mouse from my PC, and I then removed the battery from the mouse and put it back in. If you're having trouble connected via Lightspeed, ensure the dongle is plugged in and recognized by Windows and press the buttons on the side of the G502 mouse and at the same time press the pairing button (the second button below the mouse wheel.) If the issue still persists, please create a ticket on and one of our agents will review your case and get back to you via email as soon as possible.
